Photo of the Week for November 9th to November 15th

It was a very slow week shoot wise, but I made the most of it, with covering the UConn womens exhibition on Monday and the BC Hockey game on Sunday. Had some other things as well but are unable to talk about them yet!

The NCAA #1 ranked UConn women played against the NAIA #2 ranked Vanguard Lions, was a pretty good game for both teams. UConn showed what they were made of, and Vanguard looks like they should do very well in the NAIA. As for the hockey, #16 Boston College was playing #15 Vermont, whom BC beat Saturday night 7-1, the final of this one was a little different with it being much closer with Vermont edging out BC 3-2.

Hopefully things will be picking up, I do have somethings in the pipeline but its a wait and see. On to the Photo of the Week.

15 November 2009: Boston College’s Jimmy Hayes (10) takes a shot on goal in the final minutes of the Hockey East matchup at Kelley Rink in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Boston College was defeated by Vermont 3-2 in regulation.
