Unfortunately I am a week behind, was a slow week due to the holiday, therefore there is no POTW for last week. On to this week’s Photo. It comes from the Cal Ripken U11 District 4 Tournament held in Douglas, MA. The runner was safe at 1st base, as you can see he clearly was. If you are a sports fan, better yet a baseball fan you can see that the runner probably would have been out if the 1st baseman stretched out with the right foot to catch the ball!
